The Math-Power Center License Details
The details of the Math-Power License essentially consists of the following:
1. The License is valid for
one calendar year from the date of issue, for one Math-Power Center site
at a time.
2. The License is offered in three options:
- Level 1 or Start-Up License, allowing
the Licensee* to order packet quantities sufficient to service up to 20 students
per month,
- Level 2 or Intermediate License, allowing the
Licensee to order packet quantities sufficient to service up to 50 students
per month, >
- Level 3 or Full License, allowing the
Licensee to order unlimited packet quantities.
3. The License authorizes the Licensee's
use of the Math-Power name, logo, and all Math-Power promotional materials,
in the course of operating the Math-Power Center.
4. The License alllows the Licensee
access to all available Math-Power software and Center operations support.
5. The License requires the Licensee
to operate the Center in a professional manner for the benefit of the students,
the Licensee, and Math-Power.

The License does not require the Licensee to provide:
- Any reports on Center operations,
- Any reports on students, or
- Any reports on other activities at the Center.
* The terms 'Licensee', 'Instructor',
and 'Center Owner' are considered to be alternate and equivalent identifications
of the same person.
Math-Power is a licensed trade name of Linear Enterprises, Inc.
