This license is designed to provide both the Center Owner and Math-Power with both the freedom to operate and the basic protection of rights. The following steps lead to full licensure of the Math-Power® program for Centers within the US. These steps must be completed sequentially. 1. Collect the information about the Math-Power program through a phone call or the website or e-mail. A preliminary packet of information about the program will be sent on request. 2. Call for reservations for training. The $200 training fee will secure your choice 3. Attend the three day training session and pass (80% minimum) either the full license math test or a restricted license math test. Licensure will not be offered until one of the tests is passed. 4. Fill out the Application for Licensure at training or take it home for further thought. This application requires that the applicants adhere to and understand that a criminal background check will be conducted. The information you provide on this form will remain confidential. 5. Upon satisfactory completion of the math test, completion of the training course and the criminal background check, licensure will be offered. You may sign the license agreement and open your Math-Power center within the next 12 months. After that time, training must be repeated to obtain licensure. |
