How The Math-Power Program Works

1. The starting point in the curriculum is carefully selected by a Math-Power instructor to give a student a positive first experience.

2. Students complete one packet of Math-Power worksheets each day at home. Each packet contains a mix of review and new material.

3. Each packet is timed by the student to develop concentration and to aid in evaluating mastery.

4. Work is checked by a responsible adult and praise is dispensed in generous proportions.

5. Students report weekly to Math-Power for assessment of their progress and to receive new instructional packets. The student may use either
a local Math-Power Center
    or
the Math-Power Distance Learning Service.
